Connect your accounts
Authorize each POS account. Every new connection starts import-only, with deletes ignored.
Connect distinct Kounta accounts. Connecting the same account twice does not create a second customer directory.
Customer sync pairing
Share customer names, emails and phone numbers between distinct Kounta accounts. Review required customer information and unsupported remote deletes.
What syncs
Sync direction depends on your account settings. Choose which account supplies customer details and which accounts can receive changes.
Setup and controls
Authorize each POS account. Every new connection starts import-only, with deletes ignored.
Connect distinct Kounta accounts. Connecting the same account twice does not create a second customer directory.
Check imported customers, matching and issues. Review uncertain identities before sending changes.
Choose which account supplies shared details, enable writes only where needed and select delete handling for each account.
Review settings and connection costs before Go-live. Then follow sync status and customer history, or pause sync when needed.
Pairing limits
Kounta can receive customer creates and updates when writes are enabled. New Kounta customers require a first name and at least one email address, phone number or mobile number.
Kounta cannot receive customer deletes through its supported interface. If you request delete propagation to Kounta, POS-Sync leaves the remote record in place and flags the affected customer for review.
Shared names, email addresses and phone numbers follow the receiving provider's requirements. Additional customer fields depend on each provider's read and write support. Supported provider-specific fields can be copied and overwrite destination values, including between accounts using the same provider. Review imported details and account settings before enabling writes.
Catalog, inventory, orders and payments are outside this customer sync workflow. Customer groups and loyalty data are not promised across this pairing.
